How to: 1) add about 2 ounces of foot soak to a basin of warm water. First, before you put your feet in, use the blue foot file to file away any loose dry skin from heels and balls of feet. Go ahead and soak for about 5 or 10 minutes. 2) take one foot out and use the scrub. I like to scrub feet and legs up to the knee. Put back into basin and rinse and repeat. 3) take first feet out of the water and pat dry with clean towel. Apply the mask to both feet and legs and let absorb for about 5 to 10 minutes... you can also use two warm moist towels and apply moist heat to legs with the mask on for extra softness. 4) remove mask in the basin with cloth then pat legs dry and apply foot cream up to the knee. ( if you are applying nail polish massage cream into feet so there isn't much residue on the nails.)
